Academic background
Studies in dietetics and a bachelor's degree in food science, completed with 300 hours of study to obtain my GAPS Coach* certification (Gut and Physiology Syndrome) in 2025.
Sports experience
30 years of regular training and 400 cycling competitions, enriched by 5 years of taking up new sports activities including strength training and running, while adopting these new eating habits.
Personal experience
10 years of transition toward menopause and 2 years of changes in lifestyle habits in terms of what I consume and what I cook on a daily basis

Facilitated implementation of the GAPS* protocol (Gut and Physiology /Psychology Syndrome). I will teach you how to plan your meals and cook GAPS recipes. I guide you in finding the foods to buy. Includes a course on food fermentation techniques.
Focus : Digestive health and nutrition targeted at the microbiota, in addition to reducing toxicity.

Four steps - meetings spread over 3 months
Assessment & Planning
Gathering information, your life context, intolerances, and other relevant details. Review of questionnaires, review of necessary equipment, pantry inventory, and guidance on where to buy your food. In-depth discussion of your habits and personal goals.
Program Launch, Phase 1
Presentation of the personalized plan including weekly activities. Development of the implementation schedule for the plan (3-4 weeks), instructions for the food journal, and recommendations for recipes and types of activities.
Adjustments & Phase 2
Analysis of the personal journal and discussion of the difficulties encountered. Personalized adjustments for phase 2 (4-5 weeks), adoption of new recipes, and integration of other beneficial changes to move toward your goals.
Consolidation & Autonomy, Phase 3
Assessment of progress and definition of phase 3 (4-6 weeks). Final integration of the new habits, final action plan, and assurance that your new lifestyle has become easy and enjoyable to maintain.

The GAPS formula completely transformed my diet and allowed me to rediscover the best version of myself in the spring of 2025. I had been suffering from severe digestive problems for several months before that. My symptoms related to SIBO were far from insignificant: irritation, inflammation, bloating day and night, and this for a long period.
